• Coordinate yearly promotional/marketing calendars • Coordinate internal/external promotions/marketing programs • Create and update interoffice marketing programs/memos • Point of sales material research/ordering • Project leader of newspaper and radio media buys and billings • Design and handle the logistics for corporate meetings and special events • Marketing research • Create and publish bi-annual marketing newsletters • Co-op funds project leader • Oversee in-house marketing mailers and projects • Project leader for corporate message on hold system • Coordinate articles sent out on a weekly basis and postings • Responsible for monthly sales/commission/inventory/survey reports • Project Leader and Moderator for implementation and monitoring of internal communications • Project leader for corporate communications systems
