Executed Autodesk marketing plans and provided training and support to customers within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Mechanical industries. •Increased customer productivity by 350% through focused curriculum tailored to architects, engineers, and draftsmen. Dynamic presentation skills, highest rated in Colorado. •Maximized customer satisfaction and return on investment by evaluating the customer’s needs and recommending the appropriate software solutions. •Enhanced customer satisfaction via pre-sales and post-sales technical support using classroom, tele-conference, and web based support. •Implementation Certified Expert for AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2006 – 2010*, additional certifications include AutoCAD®, Land Desktop including Civil Design and Survey, Map 3D and Inventor.
