Daily Duties at Sun Trust Bank:

Responsible for driving branch performance results through direction, leadership and execution of superior sales and service behaviors and activities by the entire team in order to meet/exceed branch sales goals. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of a branch, and ensures effective execution of the SunTrust Branch Operating Model. Provides expertise in operational and risk management policies and procedures. Conducts sales meetings and coordinates strategy with Area Manager. Responsible for the selection and retention of top talent, preparation and conducting of timely performance reviews and pay decisions within the branch. Responsible for ensuring that all business transactions and practices in the individual's span of control comply with all regulations and the SunTrust Code of Conduct. Branch demonstrates an environment where opportunity and complexity is low and risk levels are low/moderate. Span of control supports higher branch transactional activity as compared to sales activity.
