Daily Duties at Trial Graphix:
• Planned and developed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls framework of business processes • Conducted meetings and interviews with staff, management, and senior management to understand business processes • Documented business processes in flowcharts and narratives • Identified key internal controls and performed testing of internal controls • Planned and conducted testing of access to company databases • Maintained General Ledger accounts and mapping tables • Analyzed financial data and generated financial reports. These reports included the balance sheet cash flow analysis, shipping report, daily cash report, Accounts Receivable aging report, and client sales report • Produced ad hoc financial reports and data analysis requested by senior management • Generate monthly financial statements. These statements include trial balance, balance sheet, and income statement. • Completed personal property taxes for various office locations
