Designed and wrote documentation for several developer packages including graphical user interface (GUI) builder, C++ GUI development library, desktop integration guidelines, and debugging tools. Created numerous C++ examples to test product functionality and provide samples for documentation. Wrote documentation for system administration products, including network-based backup system and RAID management utility.
