Daily Duties at Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C.:
Served as litigation assistant to senior litigation partner in defense of clients in products liability cases. Supervised junior associates assigned to Partner with respect to their work product in terms of form and content. Provided support for Senior Litigation Partner in the preparation of trial documents, preparing status reports to clients, direct interaction with clients, courts and outside counsel. Responsibilities also included assisting senior litigation partner with tasks that required planning, organization, discretion and confidentiality.
