Provided support to the through written/oral communication to independently respond to citizen concerns on behalf of the City Manager. Performed a wide variety of other complex duties while exercising independent judgment to advance the initiatives of the City. Assisted in the preparation of departmental budget including drafting budgetary documents in support of the City Attorney. Initiated and maintained records management systems, maintained manuals and updated resource materials. Acted as the liaison between the City Commission, Department Directors, citizens and media outlets to effectively articulate departmental issues and directives.
