Daily Duties at Tri Global:
Successfully co-founded two companies: (1) TriGlobal Recruiting Services: Executive Search and Recruitment firm that specialized in Healthcare, Insurance, Legal; (2) ShopTriGlobal (subsidiary): Brand Management firm that catered to B2B marketing, consulting with start-up companies, and increasing the visibility of multi-billion dollar companies through channel marketing, research/analysis of competition, forecasting market trends, media, PR, event planning and product development. Consulted with all levels of management; focused on carrying out the firm’s mission, strategic imperatives, and business plan. Primary liaison for negotiating contracts, making sales presentations and pitches; maximized sales activities and overcame objections by refusing to accept “no.” Initially represented clients in CA only; increased overall penetration of our services on a national basis, representing clients in 36 states within 3 years. Managed, supervised and provided training for 5 direct reports and over 20 indirect reports.
