Daily Duties at Integrated Support Solutions, Inc.:
Member of Executive Management Team for a Hospitality Management firm that specializes in Food/Dietary/Catering Services as well as Environmental/Housekeeping, Facilities Maintenance, Plant Operations, Grounds/Landscaping primarily for hospitals, colleges and county facilities; managing client contracts collectively estimated at $132 million; reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Develops and nurtures strategic B2B partnerships while leading new business initiatives with both short and long-term sales cycles. Provides leadership for all activities and personnel responsible for Sales & Marketing (including weekly training meetings), while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Perform quarterly staff reviews, develops solutions to maximize ROI within budgetary constraints; maintains full responsibility for coordinating all field marketing efforts with GMs in all accounts. Manage sales pipeline, market planning analysis and provides key metrics, both quantitative and qualitative information, to clients/ Executive Board to ensure sustainable performance outcomes.
