People and Process Project Specialist • Reporting to the Senior Manager for Collections and Customer Service, developed and executed projects related to people and processes. • Trained and developed newly hired managers and team leaders. • Worked closely with the Corporate Project Team on collection’s related projects including credit card acceptance, lease deferrals, charge-off process and policies, and reporting projects. • Conducted training classes on collections and customer service related project initiatives. • Represented and coordinated the Collection and Customer Service Groups to internal and corporate audit teams to arrange local meetings, materials, and resources for the annual Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other internal audits. • Authored and executed a project plan to update and redesign 5000+ policy and procedure documents as they related to the Collections and Customer Service departments. • Sampled work product to ensure process compliance.
