Coordinated business unit annual review of business continuity documentation, exercises and validation. Documented maintenance and status reporting to Sr. management, internal audit and the Federal Reserve Board. 2002 to 2004 - Premium Client Services Representative, JPMorgan Chase, Dallas, TX Oversaw corporate actions research, instructions and customer services for Fidelity Investments. Traveled to client location and held presentations regarding system applications and product enhancements. 2001 to 2002 - COO, MSRB, SROP, Signal Securities, Ft. Worth, TX OSJ Supervisor over 100 registered brokers and investment advisors. Approved and oversaw options trading, municipal bond trades and back office operations functions. 1991 to 2001 - National Sales Manager, MSRB, SROP, Southwest Securities, Dallas, TX OSJ Supervisor over 600 registered brokers and investment advisors. Approved and oversaw stock and options trading, municipal bond trades and back office operations functions. Composed training materials and operations policies and procedures. Performed annual onsite audits and advised independent brokers and investment advisors regarding policies, procedures and best practices.
