Created and maintained Voucher logs and current up-to-date accounting documentation for invoices received for each Sub-Grantee based on their individual Grant guidelines and grant amount monitoring maximum line item allowances. Regularly completed Denver Metro Chamber WIRED Invoices for each Sub-Grantee and billed the City of Denver for reimbursement to the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. ยท Met regularly with the Chamber, City of Denver and State of Colorado to insure compliance to all accounting guidelines and applicable laws regarding payment and reimbursement.
