Daily Duties at Bbva Compass:
• Conduct Teller Training, Financial Sales Representative Training, Customer Service Manager Training and Branch Manager Training. • Collaborate with senior level management regarding training objectives; report results of training initiatives, district and branch metrics, and indicate areas for improvement. • Identify and analyze training needs for employees as groups and individually; modify curriculums to ensure training objectives are achieved. • Investigate methods and procedures to determine best possible solution for improving productivity. • Design comprehensive curriculum and career development programs for all levels; conduct Loss Prevention Training and Regulation Training. • Manage certification programs and monitors results. • Deliver specialized Lending and Sales training throughout Florida and South Alabama Retail Regions.
