Daily Duties at Sungard Availability Services:
Provided dialy setup & monitoring for our 600 + customer networks. Diagnose & fix any network issues the customer might have. Provide each client with a disgram flowchart of their network using Visio & Netzoom9. Participate in any pre or post Diasaster Recovery test conference calls.
