Processed all payroll-related information using the Marine Corps Total Force System, i.e., payroll deductions, savings bonds, tax information, personal information, promotions, awards, special payments, rush checks, non-judicial punishment entries, courts-martial, travel claims and expenses, temporary and permanent duty station orders, service record book updates, transfers and separations Used MS Outlook to correspond with employees regarding questions and concerns pertaining to relocation orders, personal information, paycheck information, promotions, supplies and special requests Processed permanent location and temporary duty documents Prepared and processed travel expense documents for Marines who were traveling to and from the duty station Calculated per diem amounts based on the Marine Corps’ policies Processed allotments and garnishments according to an employee's home state Worked closely with the distribution department to process checks and other administrative requests
