Daily Duties at Regence / Blue Cross:
As a consultant, performing as a lead programmer, worked with on a team of programmers to code, test and install a mainframe system to interface with a newly installed client/server vendor package. Worked with this team on code development, systems testing and installation. Retained as the last member of the team for post-installation and in-production support. Worked with users, systems people and vendor team to solve issues related to mainframe interface, installation and production. Implemented post-installation enhancements and completed Age Date Testing.
