Created office standards to increase efficiency; completed all work related to the design and production of Contracts and contract documentation, bidding and construction phases. Identified customer requirements, met with customers and defined their needs, researched the use of non-standard applications of industrial building materials in finished high tech office interiors and educational facilities. Inspected facilities and projects and provided resolution of code issues; attended meetings and developed presentations for inspectors, clients and contractors. Drafted responses to building permit reviews and provided detailing for millwork, custom furniture, decorative stairs, signage, decorative flooring and custom partition systems. produced contract documents and received two of the five AIA Biannual Design Awards.
