Daily Duties at New Song Church:
Developed and implemented a strategic plan from the Senior Pastor’s vision. Created accountability in and for all departments, realigned job descriptions, improved results by setting goals with staff, evaluating results and refining systems. Leadership training at weekly staff meetings. Provided staff supervision, administrative alignment and budget development to turn the church around from falling off attendance and a budget deficit to positive growth and a surplus in the budget. Developed Ministry Action Plan (MAP) for all new and existing ministries in the church. Set goals, evaluated results and refined systems for every ministry in the church. Led the process of finding and dismissing ministry staff. Led staff meetings, retreats and planning days. Developed employee Handbook and set up compensation packages. Lead all leadership Team meetings such as Finance, Property and Staff Support Assisted in general pastoral duties: preaching, teaching, funerals, weddings, counseling etc. as needed.
