•Supervised, trained, monitored, and motivated personnel in three shifts; assigned daily work duties. •Analyzed processes, waste issues, and quality issues; developed and implemented workplace programs and goal-setting strategies, created new routines, and established procedures thru lean manufacturing . •Rotated personal schedule to allow time and communication with each shift; promoted active communication between team members on different shifts wherever possible. •Established daily journals for each shift at each station so follow on shifts would be aware of problems/issues and work completed. •Introduced and chaired monthly meeting for quality engineers to evaluate problems and solicit ideas for solutions. •Analyzed processes, eliminated redundant tasks, enhanced productivity, by implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma theory’s, that lowered waste 22%. •Assessed and updated official policy and procedures manual.
