In charge of several enterprise projects for 3 major mobile service providers working with cross-functional teams of development engineers, QA, product management, account management, UI and speech engineers. Created and managed detailed project plans, presented project status summaries to executives as well as to clients, and conducted post-implementation analyses to determine areas of improvement.
