Daily Duties at Adecco Corp.:

• Direct 40 personnel in 2 different labs on two shifts; delegate daily work labor, schedule staff, submit payroll, and monitor all activities,. • Collaborate with Proctor & Gamble engineers and management daily to establish ongoing needs and to determine daily schedules for special needs. • Supervise and motivate personnel; maintain open door policy; update policy and procedures manuals. Using processes like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. • Train personal in plant area regarding proper testing procedures at each work station. • Chair monthly joint shift meetings for personnel and outline safety and administrative procedures/issues; solicit team input (created and utilized PowerPoint presentations). • Reviewed processes, procedures, and staff scheduling/coverage and established new schedules and routines; provided better service to Proctor & Gamble and improved team morale. • Rotated personal schedule to allow time and communication with each shift; promoted active communication between team members on different shifts wherever possible. • Recruited and trained all personal; conducted performance reviews and disciplinary procedures. • Worked on a daily basis with customers and other plant management. Redirected labs so that there were teams in each department for better performance and direction
