Recruited to $34M unit. Responsible for budget of $2M. Responsible for staff of 125, payroll, operations and inventory. Directly responsible for various teams: customer service, Point-of-Sale, cash office, freight team, Overnight stocking team, Ad Set team. Plan and implement all in-store merchandising and marketing.
