SharePoint Site Collection Administrator • Produce customized content to meet needs of Sales, management, and support teams. • Administers user permissions for all channel sites. • Manages content, look, and feel for all channel sites. • Integrated SharePoint to improve work flows and manage special projects: o Created a datasheet with a report feature to track the onboarding process of over 200 new hires. o Publish the channel newsletter by combining Outlook, Word, and SharePoint technologies. o Built a password management solution to reduce reset volume. Company pays $40 per reset. o Results to support notion that site improves overall efficiency of channel teams. Retention Channel Communications Specialist • Craft channel communications to Sales teams that meet business objectives and strategy. • Work closely with senior management on daily basis to discuss communication strategy. • Utilize networking skills to gain deeper perspective from SMEs on important topics. Channel Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Articulate opinions verbally or written as channel representative on calls and email. • Quickly grasp complex material for feedback to management or for cascading to channel teams. • Versatility enables ability to train staff on a wide range of topics to provide huge lift to channel. Mortgage Consultant • Negotiation skills developed in role come in handy on conference calls. • Understand showmanship that must go into selling a presentation. • Competitive nature and self-accountability are motivation to produce results.
