Brought on by this equipment manufacture to increase service visibility and develop a worldwide customer service organization. Management of all field service personnel and spare parts including 3rd party support activities, service contracts, warranties, upgrades, installations, and applications. Additional duties include management of the laser refurbishment department. Key locations include China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, North America and Europe. Key Achievements:   locations. 
