Oversaw all operational functions with approximately 200 employees in Underwriting, Claims, Loss Prevention, Customer Service, Human Resources, Information Services, Facilities, Compliance and Business Development. Primary driving force behind the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan taking it from a top-down static approach to an all-inclusive process with continual organizational feedback and learning.
