Daily Duties at Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company:

Led the operational startup of the company to accomplish a full delivery of services to policyholders, strategic business planning, organizational design, financial objectives and market strategy. In a ten-year period, took the company from no revenue or surplus to $140 million annually in revenue with $150 million in surplus and $500 million in assets. Oversaw all operational functions with approximately 200 employees in Underwriting, Claims, Loss Prevention, Customer Service, Human Resources, Information Services, Facilities, Compliance and Business Development. Primary driving force behind the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan taking it from a top-down static approach to an all-inclusive process with continual organizational feedback and learning.
