Oversaw all daily operations for 1 division of Fujitsu, LLC (out of 11 total). Responsible for 13 U.S. facilities, including 230 employees at headquarters. Managed facilities and office services personnel and was responsible for all facilities maintenance services, telecommunications systems and security. Managed facilities budget for all associated services and company leases. Responsible for site selection, lease negotiations, and project management for all associated construction/renovation and move projects. Was the coordination liaison between Fujitsu and all local State, County and City approval agencies including all agency entitlements, architects, engineers, design groups, permitting and construction teams. Additionally responsible for oversight of all virtual office locations for sales support team members and customer support technicians, including office equipment, telecommunications, network access, support equipment, and 40 Customer Service vans throughout the U.S. Responsible for site selection, lease negotiations, and building construction. Oversaw contractors’ build-out of engineering labs for Dell, HP, Compaq and Sun customer equipment testing. Wrote corporate SOPs. Managed corporate credit card accounts for over 200 employees. Wrote and managed policies and procedures on insurance, maintenance, repairs, theft, and accident reports; handled customer complaints. Trained and managed 13 facilities management and support personnel; increased productivity while decreasing time off. Scheduled employees, resolved conflicts, and determined salaries. Spearheaded a 30-member Emergency Response Team (ERT). Managed contractors hired for building projects that involved moving furniture / equipment and preparing facilities for occupancy.
