Daily Duties at Holland Enterprises :
Cost consulting for construction sites. Responsible for analyzing / inspecting real estate and determining developing costs (demolition, modifications, and renovations). Determined client needs and goals and analyzed costs including manpower hours and associated construction costs. Liaised with city engineers, corporate agents, realtors, and contractors for real estate database searching, feasibility and cost studies, investigating property problems, and conducting visual inspections on potential properties.
