Daily Duties at Blood Source:
Oversaw the daily facilities operations for 16 Northern California sites, including the headquarters with 255 employees. Responsible for and managed all facilities, maintenance, support personnel and associated contractors for building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, janitorial, landscape and security services for BloodSource. Responsible for site selection, lease negotiations and was the project manager for all associated building construction/renovation and move projects. Additionally, I was the coordination liaison between BloodSource and all State, County and City approval agencies including all agency entitlements, architects, engineers, design groups, permitting and construction teams. Oversaw the fleet management for maintenance of 13 blood drive coaches, 30 trucks and 10 vans. Wrote department SOPs. Member of Emergency Response Team. Responsible for budget management of all construction/renovation projects and facilities services.
