Daily Duties at The Art Institute Of Tampa:
As an Executive Committee member, work in collaboration to develop and execute the vision and strategic direction for the school, as well as the Career Services department Manage key metrics of the department (graduate employment, graduate salaries, internship placement, employer satisfaction, event attendance/success) Develop annual budget; manage to quarterly expenditure/income expectations Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships and alliances, including positive relationships with students, alumni, faculty, staff, the educational community, the local community of the campus, and business leaders Represent the college as a vocal advocate in groups large and small, routinely presenting information to groups of 200 or more Ensure strong human resources management through hiring, training, leading and evaluating an effective team
