Strategically counseled clientele the benefits of selling multiple Youth programs. Continued the effort in maintaining Disney Youth Group Program’s strong relationship with American Language Learning by administering the English Days FAM and account. Generated weekly forecasting reports for Grad Nite event, which assisted upper management to strategically maximize sales efforts. Responsible for discovering new ticket business opportunities for Youth Markets, such as regional and national dance competitions. Managed solicitation of new ticket prospects, presentations and good neighbor hotel relationships. Created relationships with off-site convention youth groups that presented strong ticket sales opportunities. Co-Manager of LDAT Newsletter and Communication Committee member for DRG’s, newsletter was mass distributed through RPSS. Managed projects, research, prioritized, and fulfilled all direct and travel agent client requests.
