Managed and supervised as many as a dozen direct reports in the engraving & embroidary department. Managed the production schedule prioritizing work orders to maintain on-time delivery. Tracked production output, quality levels and production cost. Maintain, repair production equipment. Hire and train temp employees during peak season. Evaluate employee performance. Track inventory. Particiapted in continuous improvement kaizens
