Daily Duties at General Dynamics:
• Troubleshot Cisco switches, routers, hubs, and PC network issues for the Battle Command Training Center (BCTC) • Supported the ABCS, MCS, AMDWS, FBCB2, JCATS, and AFATDS software training applications and network issues • Other assigned duties include Windows 2003 server administration, SQL server support, and specialized system software training in a classroom setting
