Daily Duties at Petrospect Inspection:
Contract with Nustar Energy. Contract responsabilities: •Manage various lump sum capital improvement projects for Nustar Energy tank farm/oil movement terminal (ranging from $100,000 to 5,000,000) from initiation to closing. Coordinate contractors involved in civil and structural design and execution phases of the project; material identification and control; painting and nondestructive examination. •Implemented field testing programs, plant check out procedures, and turnover and commissioning procedures; supervise the actual turnover over and commissioning. •Generate control estimates and creating work packages •Develop and manage all requests for proposals, and perform bid analysis. •Review blue prints and design options. •Supervise and coordinate subcontractors. •Perform industrial piping and civil design for tank farm projects. •Manage change orders.
