Daily Duties at Sensient Technologies Corp.:

Negotiate and manage all hotel, car and airline contracts on behalf of the company. Communicate all company information to travel vendors including major airlines, hotels, national car rental chains, and private aircraft vendors. •Plan and execute all executive events and meetings including the Corporate Annual Meeting, Global Executive Strategy Meeting, and Annual Global Divisional Executive Meeting. •Manage $7 million North American travel budget, including forecasting executive meeting budgets and preparing reports for management as requested. •Research and present proposals for new travel and products to the executive committee. • Supervise 2 on-site travel agency staff in their day-to-day activities including work and vacation schedules.
