As VP Logistics responsibilities included directly managing the supply chain for the direct distribution company as well as for 3rd party distribution, definition and maintenance of the proprietary hand held inventory management and sales system, implementation and upkeep of company-wide policies and procedures as well as compliance standards in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley for a 200 person sales force and back-end offices.
