Daily Duties at Mainstream Gs Llc:
I was Lead consultant for the Grand Forks AFB, Grand Forks, North Dakota, McConnell AFB, Wichita KS, and McDill AFB, Tampa, Fl. My responsibilities were to work with the Commanders in creating an infastructure within Continuous Improvement. My role was to move the base to have each group (total of 4 groups) to initiate and Executive Council that met once a month and reviewed their Business Plan. Once that was established, I worked to bring those Executive Councils to the Wing Commander Level in which all the Commanders met once a month at the Wing Executive Council to review their Business Plan for the Fiscal Year.
