Selling National Accounts Director / Senior Account Executive • Maximized existing and new sales and consistently averaged over 200 minutes on more than 100 inside sales calls per day, 25 outside sales calls per year, 10 appointments per week, and nearly 300% of a $350,000 per month quota. • Achieved new sales records for the first 3 years by targeting sales to controllers and CFOs in small to large organizations in multiple verticals including property management, funeral, commercial, assisted living, and education industries. • Managed existing and new client relationships for over 16,000 small to large clients in the US & Canada including AIMCO, SCI, AvalonBay, Mark Winkler Company, Vennard College, Sunrise Senior Living, and Washington Theological Union. • Directed sales staff by training them on selling and educating prospects on accounts receivables management, maintain and service current clients that I originally sold, and capitalize on problem resolutions. • Led marketing initiatives by assisting with trade-shows and development of promotional materials. • Successfully penetrated multiple markets by creating and enhancing association endorsements in several industries. • Identified referral relationships with accounting software, screening companies, and electronic placements which resulted in timely procurement of new accounts. • Maximized existing and new sales and consistently averaged over 200 minutes on more than 100 inside sales calls. Conducted face-to-face sales presentations for local and high-level prospects.
