Daily Duties at Closeline Settlements:
Senior Account Executive • Over 120 cold calls per day, more than 7 appointments per week, and 100% of a $25,000 per month quota. • Performed as the top sales representative selling title insurance to mortgage companies and financial institutions in the real estate market. • Successfully sold more title orders within the 1st few months than any other sales representative by placing an average of 35-45 orders per month. • Participated in marketing and industry trade show events including the Maryland and National Association of Mortgage Brokers to generate new business, resulting in more than 30 new clients including First Colonial Mortgage and Irvine Funding and generating repeat revenue within a year. • Developed recurring and alternative revenue streams during the downturn in the housing market by prospecting and closing with an investment company which brought in and sold cell phone towers with short-term and multiple placement title orders.
