Daily Duties at Equifax:
Lead Project Manager supporting VIP customers focused in the Telecommunications industry. Responsibilities include business analyst, business requirements documentation, project plans, project reviews (internal and customer facing), tracking SPI & CPI, leader to entry level functional consultants. Also, as the lead project manager align team responsibilities to achieve team objectives. The team responsibilities include requirement documentation, development, quality assurance, performance testing and production preparation. As the lead project manager I am responsible for the relationship with the customer and acting as the voice of the customer to my development team. I must ensure the customer and developers understand all requirements for production certification.
