1)Supervised existing business process outsourcing (BPO) relationship with India 2)Maximized BPO opportunities to other areas and improved productivity and savings 3)Minimized operating costs by 10% both in 2007 and 2008 4)Executed vendor and contract management to continue strong professional relationship with BPO vendor 5)Ensured consistent achievement of service levels through proper coordination with business owners, vendor management, and IT organization; coordination efforts include traveling extensively to both Armstrong and BPO vendor counterparts in India and Germany
