Daily Duties at Htb Restaurants / Star Management:
Overseen financial restructuring and implementation of new system in 7 HTB operations and 16 of our 46 stores leading by example, In order to better improve operating efficiencies and meet Financial targets. Hired, developed and supervised a staff of 35 salaried managers, 24 hourly Supervisors and 500+ hourly employees. Trained staff to increase efficiency and Productivity without compromising outstanding quality of service. Emphasized complete customer satisfaction, product knowledge and effective execution of the day to Day operations. Trained staff to increase efficiency and Productivity without compromising outstanding quality of service. Emphasized complete customer satisfaction, product knowledge and effective execution of the day to Day operations. Mastered several area's of Business Administration and Operations and created my own restaurant concept complete with Menu, Food Design, Food Reciepe's that will Grand Open Downtown Pheonix Arizona on Aug 2,2010.
