Daily Duties at Factset Research Systems:
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Specialists and Regional Sales teams to initiate and manage product trials, coordinate rollouts, file requests, and inform team about product updates regularly. Provide technical knowledge regarding database and related applications. • Utilize detailed knowledge of the financial industry: corporate actions, mergers and acquisitions, splits and dividends calculations. • Perform and monitor integrity tests and quality assurance procedures to ensure and maintain data accuracy standards; interface with data suppliers to clarify data issues. • Develop and implement data integrity tests designed to support ongoing content maintenance. • Assist engineers in the development process and provide assistance to other departments as required. • Support consultants on technical and data-related questions; participate in creation and support of database query functions. • Maintain productive relationship with data provider for bugs, questions and enhancements.
