In charge of pipeline for processing and analyzing very high-density tiling arrays used for transcriptome analysis. Development of high-throughput pipelines for use on large computer clusters. Analysis of existing arrays for correction of errors. In charge of building and loading company data mart and writing code to ensure accuracy of data in the data mart. Part of a team that built the NetAffx web site for delivering array information to customers.
