Daily Duties at Ls9, Inc.:
Developed a high-throughput LIMS system for analyzing mutant enzyme libraries. Managed a LIMS administrator. Oversaw all LIMS administration activities, data loading, and robotics interfacing. In charge of all BioInformatics duties related to sequencing, annotation, viewing, and knowledge discovery. Structural BioInformatics and modeling. Worked closely with IT to ensure adequate IT infrastructure.
