 Formerly HBC - (WAMR-FM / WRTO-FM / WAQI-AM / WQBA-AM and Netmio.com); Miami, FL NTR Director – Managed department and 30 person sales staff. Trained sales staff to develop and grow new sales opportunities through a variety of Non-Traditional business platforms – including, integrated marketing and cross-promotional partnerships. Generated over $2 million in NTR Sales – achieving 162% of goal. Dir. Of Research & Business Development - Managed HBC / Miami - Research Department and developed opportunities to build station/s & Hispanic market awareness and sales. Worked directly with local & national sales teams and management to create multiple sales opportunities. Responsible for creating and developing major business and Hispanic marketing presentations.
