Daily Duties at National Steel Pellet Mining Company:

Responsible for increasing company’s profitability by implementing new projects to decrease maintenance costs while increasing equipment life and production availability. Managed twelve union maintenance/technical mechanics and seven heating and ventilation mechanics. Performed physical inspections of running equipment and production lines. Monitored condition of equipment using trained maintenance skills such as oil and vibration analysis. Increased department production to 143% of designed capacity.
