Managed twenty direct report service assembler technicians, which included providing direct supervision, hiring and selection, training, general guidance, and ultimate decision making. Built and maintained strong, positive customer relationships. Coordinated international service, repair, and calibration with United States service efficiencies, practices, and turnaround times. Improved performance on turnaround time by 33% per SAP software reporting. Achieved service level of 85% of all instruments service two to three days prior than customer’s quoted date. Revised procedures, processes, and layouts for continuous improvement and WIP reduction. Team Leader in company-wide implementation of 5S.
