Responsible for the recruitment for company's management trainee program. -Responsible for marketing of management training program to candidates and recruiting sources such as colleges and universities, job fair coordinators, employee referrals, employment agencies, minority student organizations, etc. -Created and implemented successful programs to increase minority recruitment and retention. -Managed entire recruitment process: determining needs, attracting candidates, qualifying candidates, selling and closing, measuring the process and training all involved in process on interviewing -Conducted mock interviews at local college and universities to help prepare seniors and alumni with interviewing. -Implemented and managed successful internship program. -Hired into HR with specific focus on retention. Proven results with a gain of over 75% in this area -Worked closely with the next level of management to implement and manage policies, procedures and programs that enabled company to better manage its human resources. -INRoads Supporter of the Year 1999
