Daily Duties at Avante:

• Prepare daily and monthly census reports. • Verify insurance benefits for all new referrals and readmitting residents (Medicare, Medicaid, private, HMO). • Check Medicare coverage on all residents monthly (up to 110 residents). • Provide tours of facility. • Prepare rooms for new admissions. • Attend multiple marketing and networking events monthly. • Advise doctors of new admissions they are assigned to. • Assist residents in completing admission and readmission paperwork. • Staff new referrals with the Director of Nursing and Administrator. • Serve residents lunch on a weekly basis. • Ensure all necessary clinical documents are received for each admission from discharging facilities. • Update facesheets for charts as needed. • Serve as back up to the Business Office Manager.
