Excelled in required expectations/responsibilities associated with value stream supervisors. Operated as Change Management Lead for projects such as Kaizen blitz.  Lead successful right-sizing and efficiency initiatives such as 50% reduction in work in process, 50% reduction in line side inventory, a 34% overall improvement on ergonomics, and 40% reduction in real-estate consumed by the operation. Active role in planning and establishing successful annual budget. Conducted 8 Week Lean and Continuous Improvement Project with Mr. Yamada, a co-founder of lean manufacturing with Toyota.
